No. Our referral  services are free for clients.

Are Teacherscraft-referred consultants employees of the company?

Accepted Answer

No. All consultants and freelancers in our database are independent service providers. This means that each one is responsible for their own type and quality of service, fees, and schedules.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with the service of a consultant?

Accepted Answer

Your first step should be to contact the consultant directly to discuss the issue. Although Teacherscraft cannot mediate disputes between clients and consultants, clients can fill out a dispute form if the issue couldn't be resolved so that we can follow-up with the consultant.

Should I verify a consultant's credentials, background, and experience before hiring him/her?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Although Teacherscraft performs an initial professional screening of our members, we recommend that all clients follow-up with their own research prior to hiring. In addition, setting up an initial consultation with a possible consultant or freelancer will help both sides be sure the match is right.
